We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to conceptualize, design, and refine user experiences across web and mobile products, establishing scalable design systems and solving complex user problems.

Product Design: Create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, from initial concepts to high-fidelity UI designs.

UX Strategy: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate business requirements into effective UX solutions and clear user journeys.

UI Design: Design polished, modern, and consistent interfaces while maintaining strong attention to typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.

Design Systems: Create and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.

Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts, validate ideas, and demonstrate user interactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to communicate design decisions and ensure accurate implementation.

Problem Solving: Identify usability challenges and develop thoughtful design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level designers, share design knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and improve overall design standards.
